i do believe i had the best estate agent and the best solicitor in the chain! cardigan seller -- all the office staff were friendly and helpful. the staff that conducted viewings with prospective buyers were well informed, friendly and professional. feedback from viewings was quick and informative, helping us to make changes where necessary. overall an excellent service. mr and mrs webb, sold in haverfordwest -- brilliant company to deal with. extremely accommodating, polite and helpful. we dealt with paul from the very beginning, and no matter how many questions or queries he was always at the end of the phone. paul made our 1st time buying experience as stress free as he possibly could. i would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property. miss duxberry -- i called on a tuesday to come and value my house. on the thursday they had valued it and arranged for the photographer to take the pictures. by the following thursday my property had been placed on line. the next morning i had several calls from the estate agent stating that viewings had been booked. six days later i accepted an offer on my house and i'm completing the sale on friday. the estate agents have provided an excellent service and i would recommend them to everyone. thanks you've been amazing! -- from the outset we felt confident that we had made the right decision in turning to . honest and realistic advice, and a determination to ensure the property was sold. this was achieved through excellent marketing and proactive chasing of clients. communication throughout was impeccable and this was particularly re assuring for us as first time sellers. ardderchog a diolch am y gwasanaeth rhagorol. mr ag -- my property has been on the market for one year with two other online agencies; one of which involved money upfront, but neither produced the desired results nor displayed the commitment of who have taken superb pictures; provided enthusiastic, but realistic literature to accompany them, and sales staff who have displayed a lively and consistent enthusiasm from day one. mrs j - carmarthen -- thank you all for your help in selling our house. special thanks to tim for his patience and professionalism. there have been one or two challenges to overcome but tim kept us on track with efficient communication and a positive attitude. mr t - fishguard area -- great service! sold our house in just under 6 months. plenty of viewings although some times wasters but i think that probably goes with the territory of selling a house. lydia evans took control of selling our home towards the end of the 6 months and i have to say she was amazing. she fed back to us frequently, was efficient and lovely to talk to. only young but don’t be put off, she’s great at her job and does it with ease and as if she has many more years experience. a valued member of the team i’m sure . well done west wales and in particular lydia, we are now in the property of our dreams and couldn’t be happier thanks to you selling our old home ! ! mrs a - haverfordwest area -- the help and advice given by martin and caroline on both the sale of our property and the purchase of our bungalow was very professional and very personal. the standard of communication was excellent and we sold in just 2 days,we had 5 viewings in the 2 days after putting it up for sale and it was sold to the first viewer. wow!!! their expertise in dealing with solicitors was remarkable,after we had some communication problems with getting solicitors to realise time was of the essence,a word with martin and he managed to get things moving quickly to the relief of the chain. no reason not to thoroughly recommend them. mr h - narberth area -- a very professional agent and all the staff spoke to me politely and in a friendly manner, as a person and not just a customer. always kept me up to date with events by personal contact. feedback on viewings was obtained and given to me promptly. i used their legal associates who were efficient and cost effective, who also kept me up to date with the progress of my sale. i would definitely recommend them and will use them again if i wish to sell in the future. mr d - pembroke area -- would have been lost without tressa devine, her help throughout a protracted house sale was invaluable. her professionalism and excellent communication skills were exemplary and alleviated a lot of stress on our part. well done and thank you. mr s - haverfordwest area -- i would like to send a huge thank you to lynda and tim in the fishguard office. in a very difficult year for our family they have been the light at the end of the tunnel !
